Hi, I am Elizaveta Stepanova
a multiple World and European Champion in artistic swimming,
a movement coach with over 15 years of experience,
the artistic director of the Swimming Art show team
and the founder of the design brand The February Mood.
I believe in elegance as a way of being, in beauty as a force that shapes us, and in harmony emerging where discipline meets freedom.

From early childhood, my life unfolded between movement and art.
Ballet, swimming, and drawing shaped the way I see the world through
form, rhythm, and aesthetics.
At eight, everything aligned when I entered synchronized swimming. Movement, musicality, and water merged into one discipline that eventually led me to the Olympic National Team.
At twenty-three, when my athletic career reached its natural completion, I transitioned into coaching. Over the following fifteen years, I worked with national teams and sports clubs across Moscow, Indonesia, the UAE, the United States, Hungary, and Switzerland. These years showed me how movement, discipline, and transformation appear in different cultures.
Despite coming from the world of elite sport, I have always been an artist by nature. Discipline shaped me, but freedom defined me.
I never found meaning in achievement for its own sake, only in beauty, intention, and the pleasure of movement. Throughout my journey, an aesthetic sensibility shaped the way I understand the body, detail, and presence in motion.
Eventually, my path distilled into a method of my own, born from water, discipline, and the artistic way I perceive movement.
This approach became my Signature Courses - practices in water and on land that bring together everything I value: harmony, rhythm, and the quiet elegance of the body in motion.
DISCIPLINE
IS
FREEDOM
